III Module of School of Democratic Leadership took place
The III Module of School of Democratic Leadership (SDL) took place at the Hotel “Onogošt” in Nikšić from 28 to 30 September 2018.
In the framework of this module we spoke about the human rights situation from the aspect of the European Court of Human Rights, with special focus on Western Balkan countries. Professor Nebojša Vučinić spoke more about this topic. During the second day, participants found interesting the topic related to Nordic model of cooperation, and how might their experiences be applied at the local level. Geir Hakon Johansen and Steinar Bryn spoke more about this topic. What especially attracted attention was the communication in crisis situation and the protocol rules. Mr Miodrag Strugar and Ms Nina Redžepagić spoke about these topics. On the last day, we spoke about the political situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the current position of Montenegro in negotiation procedures from the aspect of Great Britain, the country that is in the phase of leaving the EU. Mr Vernes Voloder and Ms Alison Kemp spoke more about these topics.
The last but not least was the energy efficiency lecture in Montenegro, and Ms Mladen Peric spoke about this topic.
