Study visit in the frame of RAD 2014 will take place in the region Trentino – Alto Adige, Southern Tyrol – Italy from 09 to 12 September 2014. The visit will take place in cooperation with Italian colleagues from Osservatorio Balcani e Caucaso.

This study visit several topics:

– Local development of institutions,
– Impact of the regional EU policy,
– Managing language and national varieties at the local level.

Regional Academy for Democracy is initiative of Network of Schools of Political of the Council of Europe in the frame of Western Balkan with the aim to contribute to development of new political culture and new political elite in the region.
