“Freedom vs. Control: For a Democratic Response” is the topic of this year’s fourth World Forum for Democracy that will take place from 18 to 20 November in Strasbourg.

This event will be organized by the Council of Europe with the support of the Government of France and the City of Strasbourg. WFD will gather more than 1.500 participants, political leaders, and representatives of civil sector, media and young people from hundred countries worldwide.

Schools of Political Studies of the Council of Europe will also participate in WFD, and among them will be School of Democratic Leadership from Montenegro. In this Forum, SDL will be represented by 21 participants. Among them will be MPs from the Parliament of Montenegro, high officials of political parties and civil society representatives.
