III Module of Regional Academy for Democracy started today, 26 June 2014, in Pristina. Topic of this four day seminar is institutional regulation of minority rights: searching for new solutions. Problem of minorities is often reflected through different forms of discrimination that, at the end, can bring to their marginalization and exclusion. Our region, unfortunately, is not a exception in that regards.

Participants will discuss about following issues: election of the best models, framework and institutional solutions. With the support of the EU, RAD is the initiative implemented by seven schools of political studies, among which is School of Democratic Leadership.
